Anthracite grey — and the full laminate range
Anthracite grey is the most requested window colour in the DACH market and our standard lamination. Laminated on the outside with a white interior, or on both sides. The image shows the foil on the profile — with its actual woodgrain embossing, not a colour simulation.

04 — Terms
Terms you should know up front
No surprises in the small print — this is how we work with trade businesses.
Quantities
No minimum order quantity — single units, samples and small first orders are possible. It becomes commercially interesting from about 30 units; full truckloads (up to about 500 m² of windows) give the best freight per unit.
Lead time
Typically 4–6 weeks from technical approval; foiled versions by arrangement. The date is confirmed at order.
Delivery
DAP delivered to site or warehouse, in one-way wooden packaging — no rack deposit, no returns. Notice 1–3 days ahead, unloading by the recipient. Alternatively FCA or EXW plant. Freight is shown separately.
Payment
Deposit at order, balance by agreement — the terms are stated in every quotation.
Warranty
Warranty terms are stated in writing in every quotation, in German or English. Hardware, gaskets and insulating glass are catalogue goods of German system makers.
Claims
Photo-documented delivery protocol taken while unloading — please record transport and visual damage at that moment, it secures your claim and ours. Response within two working days, replacement parts via the regular delivery routes.
Samples
Corner samples plus foil and glass samples for trade businesses on request.
Documentation
CE marking, Declaration of Performance, test reports and Uw calculation come with every quotation.

What trade buyers ask us first
Why windows from Bulgaria?
Because the same German profile systems, hardware and glass are processed there as in Germany — in plants that CE-mark to EN 14351-1 under factory production control, at fabrication costs well below German levels. The price advantage comes from fabrication, not from the materials. Bulgaria is an EU and euro member: intra-Community supply without customs, 2–4 working days transit to Germany and Austria.
Which profile systems are processed?
Our standard is TROCAL 76 MD by profine (Troisdorf) — a German centre-seal system with 76 mm depth, RAL quality assured to RAL-GZ 716. Further systems of German system houses and thermally broken aluminium systems for commercial projects are supplied project by project. The specific system, its depth, the plant and the matching test certificate are stated in every quotation.
Which documents do I receive?
CE marking and Declaration of Performance to EN 14351-1 per product, ITT reports of the notified body, Uw calculation per position, the insulating-glass DoP and installation and care instructions in German and English. The documents come with the quotation or at the latest with the delivery — not on request.
Are the windows eligible for German BEG subsidies?
Yes. Our triple-glazed standard window reaches Uw 0.83 W/(m²K) and the two-leaf balcony door 0.85 — both below the technical minimum requirement of the BEG individual measures of Uw ≤ 0.95 W/(m²K) (BAFA grant 15 %). The Uw evidence per position is attached to the quotation; eligibility of the overall project is checked by your client's energy consultant.
Who is liable if something is wrong?
Your contracting party is Strukturprofil (Bizport EOOD, Sofia — an EU company); the warranty terms are stated in writing in every quotation. Claims run through the photo-documented delivery protocol with a response within two working days; replacement parts come via the regular delivery routes. Hardware, gaskets and insulating glass are catalogue goods of German system makers — any trade business can service them.
Is there a minimum order?
No — there is no minimum order quantity; we can have a single unit made. Projects from about 30 units or consolidated deliveries become economical, and full truckloads of up to about 500 m² of windows give the best freight per unit. Samples and small first orders for trade businesses are expressly welcome.
What are the payment terms?
Deposit at order, balance by agreement; the exact terms are stated in every quotation. Regular customers can agree payment terms.
How does delivery work?
By truck in one-way wooden packaging (no rack deposit, no returns), DAP to site or warehouse; notice 1–3 days ahead, unloading by the recipient (crane or forklift). Alternatively FCA or EXW plant. Transit Bulgaria–Germany 2–4 working days, total lead time typically 4–6 weeks from technical approval.
