Enquiry checklist
With these details we can usually quote bindingly within two working days. Whatever is missing we clarify by phone — better an incomplete list than none.
- Position list — per position quantity × width × height in mm (e.g. pos. 1: 24 × 1230 × 1480). Drawings or tender texts welcome as attachments.
- Opening types — tilt & turn, turn, tilt, French, fixed glazing, balcony/patio door, lift & slide — with DIN left/right per position.
- Material and system — PVC or aluminium; requested depth (70–88 mm) or the specification from the tender.
- Colour — white or decor (e.g. RAL 7016 anthracite) — outside, inside or both sides.
- Glazing — double or triple, target Ug; safety glass (toughened/laminated) and acoustic glass per position where required.
- Hardware and security — security level RC1N/RC2N per position, lockable handles, special hardware.
- Thermal target — target Uw (e.g. ≤ 0.95 W/(m²K) for BEG subsidies) — we supply the Uw calculation per position.
- Delivery date and address — requested date, site or warehouse, unloading (crane/forklift), partial deliveries possible?
- Delivery term — DAP to site, FCA or EXW plant.
- Additional elements — roller shutters, external blinds, insect screens, window sills, special shapes.
- Documents — which evidence site management or the subsidy application require (DoP, test reports, Uw evidence).
